2. Classes and Events

  • Refunds:

3. Studio Rentals

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations within 7 business days of the event date: Eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations between 3 days of the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the event date: No refunds will be provided.

  • Rescheduling:

    • If you wish to reschedule your studio rental, please contact us at least 7 days before the booked date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Any services delivered digitally or completed in person, such as one-on-one consultations, coaching, or private events that have already occurred.

  • Any partial services rendered, including classes or events that are in progress or completed.
