Join me for an intimate cacao ceremony devoted to honoring your journey and remembering more of who you are - and have always been. In ceremony, you'll be introduced to the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, an ancient ally known for supporting presence, connection, and inner listening. Cacao gently opens the heart, allowing the wisdom of your lived experiences to rise to the surface with clarity and compassion. Through this heart-centered space, you'll be guided inward to discover: •A deeper remembrance of your essence •Insight into how your journey has shaped you •A guiding presence or ally meant to support you in the year ahead Sound healing will follow to help harmonize and weave the wisdom you receive into your body and nervous system, allowing it to settle beyond the mind. We'll close with intentional integration and reflection, offering space to ground what was discovered and carry it forward into daily life. This is not about fixing, forcing, or striving. It's an invitation to listen, re-remember, and walk forward supported.
